How do I find the product I am looking for?

Simply type the name or item number in the search box at the top of this page, or look through our intuitive navigation by hovering over SHOP and narrow down to the category you are looking for. You can also narrow down any search result by selecting any of the filters from the left-hand side of the page.


What can I search for?

Item name, Vendor or Brand, Stock ID, Keyword or VPN


What if I don't see any results from my search?

Try searching something more broadly, or check your spelling.


How do I add products to my cart?

After you click on the product, you will see everything there is to know about it on the product detail page. From there, just click the Add to Cart button, and the product will be added to your shopping cart. To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.


How do I adjust the quantity that I need?

From the product page, you can change the number you wish to add. Once you click Add to Cart, you should see the number you specified of that item in your cart. You can also view the items in your cart and adjust the number there or remove the item entirely.


Do you offer quantity discounts?

Most products offer a price break once you meet an order threshold. This amount can be found on the product page, above the Add to Cart button.


Where can I find coupons for your site?

DrinkDisplays.com works diligently to provide you with the most competitive prices on the market. Prices are constantly evaluated to make sure you are receiving the lowest price we can offer.


What payment methods do you accept?

DrinkDisplays.com securely accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


Why do you have Out of Stock items on the website?

We keep items on the site if we have a shipment on the way. This is to allow you to pre-order an item before it's actually back in stock.

If an item is currently out of stock, we display the estimated delivery date on the product page underneath the price so that you know when to expect it.


What if I can't find the product I am looking for?

Where can I see product specifications?

Product specifications can be found on the product page.

All dimensions are in imperial measurements (inches, feet, lbs, etc.), unless otherwise specified. Products without a weight specification weigh less than 5 lbs. Photography techniques may sometimes affect the appearance of an item. Please be careful to check the written product specifications for true size and color. Specifications sheets are also listed on our website for certain products via a blue link, below additional resources which is located beside the product specifications. Adobe software is required to be able to open the specification sheets.


Will I pay sales tax?

Residents of AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV & WY will be taxed at their local state, county, and district rates.

Tax-exempt customers must have their tax-exempt certificate on file at DrinkDisplays.com before placing orders. Certificates may be emailed to customerservice@DrinkDisplays.com.

Why does my shipment mention Retail Resource?

DrinkDisplays.com orders are fulfilled from the Retail Resource warehouse.


How much will it cost to ship my order?

In step 3 of the checkout process, we can calculate the shipping total for your order along with various ways to ship.


When will I receive my order?

We conveniently list the ship date of each item on the product page, underneath the price.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, we ask that you email our Customer Service Department customerservice@DrinkDisplays.com for a Return Authorization Number. This number will help to speed up the return process and ensure your account is credited properly. We also ask that you complete the return information section on the back of your packing list and return it with your shipment.

All returns may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot accept returns for special order items, custom merchandise or assembled merchandise.

Are your products guaranteed?

DrinkDisplays.com ensures total Satisfaction 100% of the time. If any product or service does not meet your expectations, please email us at customerservice@DrinkDisplays.com for a complete resolution. DrinkDisplays.com will either:

1. Accept a return and refund the purchase price, or

2. Repair the product at no cost to the customer.

Some products are warranted by the manufacturer; as such, they are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer. There are no warranties which extend beyond the purchase agreement, or the written terms at the time of sale.

DrinkDisplays.com may elect to repair or replace any products not under warranty without waiving any rights.


How do I create an account?

Click on My Account at the top of the page. There, you will see the option to sign in or create a new account.


What do I do if I don't remember my password or username?

Click on My Account at the top of the page. From there, you can click on either Forgot Username or Forgot Password. We will ask for your email address and send you the information you are looking for.


Where can I see my previous orders?

Click on My Account at the top of the page. If you are not logged in, please do so. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see Orders, Account Settings and any lists you may have saved.


What is a List?

A list is a great way for you to save the products you like for a later time.


What are the advantages of being a registered user?

When making your first online purchase, you will be asked to register. This one-time registration will make all your future purchasing faster and easier.

When checking the status of your order your customer number will be prefilled saving you time.

You have access to your personal Web purchase history allowing you to quickly locate previously ordered items, check past purchase totals or order frequency.

Placing your order is simplified because your shopping cart defaults to the last Shipping and Billing Addresses you used but you can use alternative addresses when you want to.
